Affordable Integration for Every Size
NetDirector leverages a subscription-based pricing model with no long-term contracts and no licensing fees.* Your monthly costs are based on usage and integration scale, with one-time implementation fees for each trading partner you bring on. Support and maintenance are included in your subscription fee every month.
Our contracts provide a 60-day out clause for all clients by default – if you’re ever not 100% satisfied with our service, you always have the option to turn it off and pursue another integration solution. We want to make sure our customers are here because they want to be, not because they have to ride out a long service/support contract.
*Not all do, but some trading partner platforms may require additional fees for integration at their discretion – this fee will be required to integrate to their platform via any methodology, in-house or third-party.

New Customer Implementation
When you sign your contract, you'll pay a one-time implementation fee. This covers up to 16 hours of support during your implementation, and all of the data mapping, configuration, calls, etc. that are needed to get your platform connected with the NetDirector hub. Implementation also includes all necessary testing, verification, and production cutover. New Customer Implementation is $3,500.
Trading Partner Implementation
When you decide on your first (and subsequent) integration, you'll connect us with your data trading partner and we'll schedule a kick-off. There's a small implementation fee for the trading partner implementation, to get their system connected to our hub. Trading Partner Implementations range from $250-500 per integration, depending on whether the desired trading partner platform is already in the NetDirector Ecosystem.
Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees don't begin until your integration is deemed "live" by all stakeholders. This means no recurring fees during testing, configuration, pre-production, etc.
Subscription Fees are based on either cumulative message volume across all your integrations, or a flat per-integration fee - whichever is most advantageous for you. Subscription fees start at $495/month.
